We provide a wide range of architectural design services. We place strong emphasis on design planning related to function, aesthetics, efficiency, and spatial flow. Our building experience informs our design process in achieving our clients vision. During the design process we collaborate with and listen to our clients ideas to create a concept that highlights their lifestyle and household needs. We work closely with our structural engineer to establish and confirm the feasibility of each design. Balsam Design Build can take your project from concept to construction to completion.

Project Planning

Together we create relationships with our clients to guide them through the design and build construction process. We value communication and transparency. It is important to us that our clients understand the phases of work and the logistics involved in executing their project. We provide comprehensive construction cost estimates and can offer ideas of how to reach architectural goals within budget. With an established concept and complete architectural and structural plans, we facilitate the building permit process for our clients. Whether our clients come to us with construction plans in hand or engage our design services, we are able to streamline the design build process of your project.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

As a licensed General Contractor, we offer 20 years’ of experience in residential construction within the East Bay Area. We have long standing and trusted relationships with our subcontractors, trade specialists, and suppliers that cover all aspects of residential design remodeling and construction. We have experience in updating and implementing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to meet current and future usages lowering environmental impact. Balsam Design Build also offers custom cabinetry and millwork that can add unique, creative, and functional spaces within your home.
