When we purchased our 1930’s home, we knew that it would need some work. What we didn’t realize is that it needed a lot of TLC. We learned about Balsam Design Build from two friends who had exceptional work done by them on their home remodels.
Skylar and Melissa came to the rescue to help us identify the scope of our project and how to best manage it in phases which could work for our budget and lifestyle. They were patient and skilled in their communication with us as we were overwhelmed and inexperienced with some of the deeper work our home needed.
Skylar is a master craftsman and puts his personal touches on perfecting edges, angles and balance on our sloping home. The transformations including a complete remodel of the lower level, addition of two 10-foot double slider doors, 2 glass french doors, and expansive deck are all incredible and Pinterest worthy! The finished product was 100% worth the investment. So many people who visit our home compliment the restoration work and ask for his number. We look forward to future projects with them.
